Our Company's corporate governance documents reflect the standards, practices and procedures approved by the various governance bodies: General Meeting of Shareholders , Board of Directors and General Manager , It is through these that we manage our affairs, uphold ethics and declare the transparency of our management efforts.

  • Corporate Governance Code

    It integrates norms, practices and procedures based on which ISAGEN manages its affairs, preserves ethics, and declares its management transparency. It defines the action framework for shareholders, investors, Board of Directors, CEO, executives and employees.

  • Bylaws

    ISAGEN's corporate document that contains, among other things, an explanation of the company structure, its corporate purpose, the method for circulating stocks, stockholder rights and obligations, and the rights granted to administrators by the General Stockholders' Meeting.

  • Shareholders' Meeting Regulations

    Sets out the Regulations for the General Meeting of Shareholders of ISAGEN S.A. E.S.P., with a view to facilitating debate and decision-making within a context of respect and participation.

  • Board of Directors' Regulations

    Brings together the standards and procedures that govern the establishment, convocation and operation of the Board of Directors, as well as its duties and functions, in order to provide a body of recognizable standards that facilitates management and ensures greater transparency.

  • Senior Management Succession Policy

    Brings together the rules and procedures governing the appointment and succession of Senior Management, to thus ensure the stability, continuity and preservation of the organization's knowledge, information and culture at its highest executive and management levels.

  • Audit and Risk Committee Bylaws

    Sets out the terms and conditions relating to the Audit and Risk Committee, defining its nature and the extent of its responsibilities.

  • Information Disclosure Policy

    This policy establishes the guidelines for the disclosure of information by the Company.
