The ratings agency also ratified the highest long-term national scale ratings for local bond issues and for the Bond and Commercial Paper issuance and placement program at AAA, and at F1+ in the short-term.

The assigned ratings are based on the Company’s solid position in the energy market, its solid and diversified generation assets portfolio and its credit metrics. They also reflect an improvement in the Company’s capital structure and the greater predictability of its EBIDTA in the medium-term.
