Luis Fernando Rico Pinzón announces his retirement

ISAGEN’s General Manager will continue in this role until the end of 2017.

After being General Manager of ISAGEN since 1 January 2001, Doctor Luis Fernando Rico Pinzón announced today to the Company Board his decision to leave his position at the end of 2017, to enjoy his retirement.

In his official message announcing his retirement, he thanked the Board of Directors for its trust and support in managing the Company, the commitment of the employees that, as he said, was crucial to achieve the business objectives, and the support received from his management team to accomplish the growth projections established in the expansion plan and to progress with respect to the superior purpose set out.

The Company has commenced the process with a specialized firm to search for the replacement of ISAGEN’s General Manager. The outcome of this search will be reported in due time.
