This section includes information about the supplier information systems that ISAGEN uses to support its contracting processes.

Supplier Registration

ISAGEN has two supplier information systems. One is an internal system in which existing suppliers are registered according to the Company's instructions and parameters.

The other is the Company's Contractor Information System, 5INCO, which supports the various stages of contract processes by providing reliable supplier information. This system is separate from the public Unified Contractor Registry (Registro Único de Proponentes). Any supplier who wishes to register is welcome to do so, free of charge.

5INCO is currently managed by KONFIRMA S.A.S. To register, complete the single registration form on the web page www.konfirma.com.co or visit the Organization´s service offices.Completed forms and supporting documentation can be delivered directly to the offices of KONFIRMA or mailed to Carrera 46 No. 52-82, Edificio Cámara de Comercio. No outside processing agents or intermediaries are necessary to complete the required paperwork.

To register your information in 5INCO as a potential supplier for the Sogamoso Hydroelectric Project, visit the Bucaramanga or Barrancabermeja Chamber of Commerce to submit the corresponding information according to these offices' instructions.
