Human talent management

ISAGEN has an integral human management model based on management by competencies, establishing the criteria, practices and tools that enable the associates' human and professional development, along that of the Corporation, through achievement of corporate goals and better individual adjustment to the profiles required by the job.

By putting into practice this Model, ISAGEN expects its associates to spread it to the Company, their families, and society in general.
