For ISAGEN, the "environment" comprises the interactions between physical, biological and social components. The Company has an Environmental Management System (EMS) to identify, evaluate, prevent, control, mitigate and compensate the environmental impacts of the activities, products and services associated with power generation and meet the applicable legal requirements and other commitments assumed by the Organization. The Environmental Management System includes an environmental policy that defines the guidelines to use for comprehensive environmental management and sustainably carrying out the activities that form part of the Company's core purpose.
