Colombian legislation has handed over to agents the responsibilities in the different stages of the supply chain with a clear differentiation of their role. These responsibilities are expressed in the following figure: 
Within the value chain, being a generator and a trading company as ISAGEN is, allows the Company to reach a privileged position, because in addition to act as a representative of the customer, backups their commercial contracts with its own generating power plants. |
